Description
Becas Place is a modern apartment with air conditioning and superb views over the city and the sea.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a recently built residential building, with a swimming pool, garden and children's playground.
The apartment has a usable floor area of 57 m2 and comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a dining table, a full kitchen, two bathrooms and a spacious balcony with an outdoor dining table.
The apartment is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in São Martinho, in the Funchal amphitheatre.
A few minutes' walk away there are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy.
It is 600 meters from the Continente supermarket, 2.3 km from Complexo Balnear do Lido, 3 km from Funchal Marina and 4 km from Mercado dos Lavradores.
There are bus stops next to the building and there is easy access by car to Funchal's main roads and the highway to discover the island.
REMARKS
We are available to help and suggest places and activities to discover the island outside the usual tourist circuits.
The building is in a quiet area, but there is construction work in a neighbouring building with potential for moderate noise occasionally during the day.
The accommodation does not have parking available. Free parking is possible in roadside public parking zones.
We ask all guests to keep food well packaged to avoid attracting insects due to the island's climate.
Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels. To increase frequency, an additional cleaning service must be requested.
The accommodation is officially registered, meets the requirements to guarantee safety and comfort, and has a complaints book controlled by the competent authorities.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
