Colombo Square is an air-conditioned apartment for two in Funchal's historic quarter, on a quiet pedestrian street — a few steps from the Cathedral, the market and the seafront, for those who want to enjoy the city without relying on a car.
It is recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy the city mood in a less busy area with several services nearby, not worrying about driving a car and having easy access to buses to different destinations.
The apartment is 42 m² and comprises one bedroom with a king-size double bed (180 × 200 cm), a living area with sofa, dining table and kitchenette, a full bathroom, and two small balconies.
It is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is at the city centre in a quiet pedestrian street and has easy pedestrian access to the old town.
It is 20 m from Praça Colombo, 100 m from the Cathedral, 200 m from the seaside and Praça do Povo and 400 m from Mercado dos Lavradores.
Aerobus from the airport has a bus stop 240 m from the building.
Within 200 m there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, bus stops and attraction centres.

The apartment is on a quiet pedestrian street in the city centre, but there may be noise, mainly during the day and if the windows are open.
Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

Elsa's Place is an air-conditioned studio for two in the Lido area, close to the sea, with a sea-view balcony — a few minutes' walk from the Promenade, restaurants and the Ponta Gorda Bathing Complex.
The studio has an interior area of 34 m² and a small balcony with sea view, on the 2nd floor of a residential building.
The studio comprises a sleeping area with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a bathroom and a small living area with a sofa, dining table and kitchenette.
The studio is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, washer-dryer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD
The property is in a residential area at the main touristic district of Funchal. Within 5-minutes' walk there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and attraction centres. It is 250 m from Ponta Gorda swimming facility, 400 m from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre and 900 m from the Lido Swimming Complex via the Lido Promenade.
The apartment has easy pedestrian access to seaside Lido Promenade, bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads.

Free parking on the property is subject to availability. If no space is available on the property, there is a paid car park 200 m away and it is possible to park on nearby streets.
There may be occasional noise from neighbouring apartments and the building's corridors. Renovation work in other apartments may also take place, which can cause temporary noise during the day.
