LOCATION
The apartment is at the city centre in a quiet pedestrian street and has easy pedestrian access to the old town.
It is 20 meters from Praça Colombo, 100 meters from the Cathedral, 200 meters from the seaside and Praça do Povo and 400 meters from Mercado dos Lavradores.
Aerobus from the airport has a bus stop 240 meters from the building.
Within 200 meters there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, bus stops and attraction centres.

Cleaning is done before check-in and there is weekly cleaning, which includes a change of bed linen and towels.
Due to the island's climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food waste and keep food well packaged.

The most known hiking track in Funchal “Levada dos Piornais” is starting near the building entrance.

It is newly renovated, very clean, with a great shower and plenty of hot water. There are many thoughtful touches to make your stay enjoyable, such as capsules for the coffee machine, fruit and wine to welcome you, mid-stay cleaning and more. Filipe is the most gracious host. This is a great place to stay and we loved our 3 weeks there.
