Século XXI is a modern apartment for two in the Lido area, with a balcony facing the sea — a few minutes' walk from the Promenade, several restaurants and the Lido Bathing Complex.
The apartment is 65 m² and comprises a bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a living room with a dining table and kitchenette, a large bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious balcony with sea views and private parking.
The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (100 Mbps), TV with international channels, and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is in a residential area near the main touristic area of Funchal. At about 300 m there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and attraction centres. It is 500 m from the Lido Swimming Complex and the Lido Promenade, and 1 km from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre.
The apartment has easy pedestrian access to Lido area, bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE
The parking space is suitable for smaller cars (up to 4 m in length). For longer vehicles, it may be difficult to manoeuvre when parking.
Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.
The accommodation does not have air conditioning.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

Levada dos Piornais is an apartment for two close to the Lido area, with a balcony and sea views. It has private parking and, right on the doorstep, the famous Levada dos Piornais, ideal for those who enjoy walking.
The apartment is 69 m² and comprises a bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a living room with a dining table, a kitchen, a bathroom, a balcony with sea views, and private parking.
It is equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international and children's channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

The apartment is in a residential area near the main touristic area of Funchal.
The most known hiking track in Funchal “Levada dos Piornais” is starting near the building entrance.
Within walking distance there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and attraction centres. It is 1.2 km from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre and Centromar Shopping Centre. It is also 1.2 km from Doca do Cavacas natural swimming pools and Praia Formosa beach, and 2 km from Lido Swimming Complex.
The apartment has pedestrian access to Lido area and Praia Formosa beach, bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads.

There is a street running near the building where there may be traffic noise, mainly during the day and if the windows are open.
