Blue House is a rural house with a private pool near the village of Ponta do Sol, for families or groups of up to six — it has sweeping views of the sea, the farmland and the mountains, a panoramic terrace, a sun deck with barbecue and private parking.
The house has 83 m² of living space, plus an attic area. On the entrance floor there are two bedrooms, each with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a bathroom with shower, a small living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table.
On the upper floor, an attic with two single beds (90 × 180 cm) and two small desks — as the ceiling is low, this space is recommended for children and teenagers. This floor has a panoramic terrace with unobstructed views of the Ponta do Sol mountains and the sea.
On the lower level, reached by an outdoor staircase, are the pool, a sun deck with loungers, the barbecue and a sheltered dining area in an additional lounge with a sofa, whose dining table converts into a pool table.
It is equipped with a fridge and freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, ironing equipment, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD
The house is in a rural area 390 m above sea level and about 4.7 km from the village of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach and some restaurants and cafés.
Ponta do Sol is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.
A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.
The house has access to the main roads, but some roads are steep and narrow.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE
A car is recommended for this location. As some roads in Madeira are steep and narrow, smaller vehicles are recommended.
There is free parking on the property.
The pool is not heated, but it is open all year round and can be used if the weather permits, unless temporary maintenance work is underway.
The pool has no fence or safety barrier, so children must always be accompanied by adults.
Authorised workers access the property periodically to maintain the pool.
The house has three levels connected by stairs, including an outdoor staircase down to the pool.
Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.
The accommodation does not have air conditioning.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.
If you have special needs or allergies, please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether we are able to accommodate them.
Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects and small lizards is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.
For anyone who is not comfortable with the presence of insects and lizards, we do not recommend staying in a rural area.
For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.
An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.
In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.
So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
