Pinheiro House II is an independent unit on the ground floor of a rural house, set in a peaceful rural area and is ideal for two people.
The accommodation is approximately 40 m2 and comprises a bedroom with a double bed (1.6x2.0 m), a living room with kitchen and a bathroom. It also has a terrace with views over the São Vicente valley and surrounding mountains.
There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer on the ground floor, in a shared space for both units.
It is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The property is located in a rural area near the village of São Vicente, where there are many restaurants and cafés.
São Vicente is situated in the northern area of the island of Madeira. A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
A small grocery shop and restaurants are available within a short walk. Larger supermarkets and more restaurants are available a few minutes' drive away.
The property has easy access to main roads.
REMARKS
A car is recommended, but there are bus stops nearby.
The property has no parking, but it is possible to park for free on the roadside and there is a free public car park 180 m past the property entrance.
Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
Due to the climate, there are also insects and lizards in the rural surroundings, which may be attracted by food scraps. For those who are not comfortable with the presence of insects and lizards, we do not recommend accommodation in a rural area.
There is potential for noise from the road and caused by dogs and other pets in neighbouring properties.

1. Parties and behaviours that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not permitted, particularly between 22:00 and 08:00 when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available through a key safe whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For in-person check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time may be scheduled according to our availability.
