Freitas Panoramic is an independent fraction, situated on the upper floor of a dwelling in a quiet and sunny area, ideal for two to four people.
The accommodation has approximately 75 m² and is composed of a bedroom with a queen-size double bed (1.6 × 2.0 m), a bedroom with two single beds (0.9 × 2.0 m), a living room and kitchen with dining table, and a bathroom.
Outside there is a veranda and a terrace with barbecue, dining table, jacuzzi, solarium and parking area for guests.
The elevated position of the upper floor provides panoramic views of the sea and surrounding agricultural land, where one can observe the first and last rays of sun of the day, on the rock of the most beautiful pier on the island, a phenomenon that gave rise to the name Ponta do Sol, attributed by Portuguese discoverers.
It is equipped with refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), TV with international and children's channels, among other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

Due to the climate, there are insects and lizards in the rural surroundings, which may be attracted by food scraps. For those who are not comfortable with the presence of insects and lizards, we do not recommend accommodation in a rural area.

3. Parties and behaviour that disturb neighbours are not permitted, especially between 22:00 and 08:00, a period during which neighbourhood noise is legally prohibited.
