Freitas Paradise is a self-contained accommodation in a rural setting near the village of Ponta do Sol, for two to four guests — it has a terrace with a jacuzzi, a barbecue and a sun deck facing the sea, ideal for sunrise and sunset.
The accommodation is approximately 80 m² and consists of a bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90 × 200 cm), a living room and kitchen with a dining table, and two bathrooms.
Outside there is a balcony and a terrace with barbecue, dining table, jacuzzi, sun deck and parking area for guests.
From the balcony you can see the first and last rays of the day's sun on the rock of the pier — a phenomenon that gave rise to the name Ponta do Sol, given by the Portuguese discoverers.
It is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), TV with international and children's channels, among other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD
The accommodation is in a rural area at 115 m from sea level and at 500 m from the village of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach and some restaurants and cafes.
Ponta do Sol is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.
A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.
The property has access to the main roads.

A car is recommended for this location, but there is a bus stop about 20 m away.
There is free parking on the property.
The balcony, terrace and jacuzzi are for the exclusive use of guests.
The parking and the property's entrance are shared, but the accommodation is independent.
There is a road nearby, so there may be traffic noise, which is reduced by closing the windows.
Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.
The accommodation does not have air conditioning.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects and small lizards is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

Casa da Piedade is a self-contained accommodation in a rural setting near the village of Ponta do Sol, for families or groups of up to four — it has a large balcony facing the sea and farmland, along with its own parking and the calm of the countryside.
The accommodation is 80 m² and comprises two bedrooms with double beds, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with sweeping views of the sea and surrounding farmland. There is also an outdoor parking area.
It is equipped with air conditioning in the living room, a refrigerator, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.
