Description
Quinta Calaca is an apartment in the main tourist district of Funchal, close to the sea and is ideal for two people.
The apartment has an interior area of 34 m2 and a small balcony with sea view on the 2nd floor of a residential building.
The building has a shared swimming pool and a common parking area.
The apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed measuring 2.0 x 1.4 m, a bathroom and a small living area with sofa, dining table and kitchenette.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, washing-dryer machine, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (10 Mbps), TV and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The property is in a residential area at the main touristic district of Funchal. Within 5-minutes’ walk there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and attraction centres. It is 250 meters from Ponta Gorda swimming facility, 400 meters from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre and 900 meters from the Lido Swimming Complex via the Lido Promenade.
The apartment has easy pedestrian access to seaside Lido Promenade, bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads.
REMARKS
We are available to aid and suggest places and activities to discover the island off the usual tourist circuits.
Free parking on premises is subject to availability. If parking on premises is not available, there is a paid parking lot at 200 meters, and it is possible authorized street parking nearby.
The building is in a residential complex, but there is potential traffic noise, particularly during the day and if the windows are open.
We ask that all guests keep food well-packed, so as to limit attracting insects given the island climate.
Cleaning is done before guests check in and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning may be requested.
The accommodation is officially registered, meets the requirements to ensure safety and comfort, and has a complaints book controlled by local authorities.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
