The apartment is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in a privileged area of Funchal.
A few minutes' walk away there are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops, car parks and a casino.
It is 400 meters from the Madeira Casino, 600 meters from the La Vie shopping center, where there is a supermarket, 1 km from Funchal Marina, 1.6 km from Mercado dos Lavradores and 2.2 km from Complexo Balnear do Lido.
There are bus stops nearby and there is easy access by car to Funchal's main roads and the highway to discover the island.

Cleaning is done before check-in and there is weekly cleaning, which includes a change of bed linen and towels.

There’s mold growing in the shower of the bathroom on the ceiling. We bought vinegar and bleach to make it better but it didn’t really improve. The wood slats on the floor of the shower also smelled like mold, so we washed them and put them on the pasee more
