Funchal Acqua Blue 3H is a modern and charming apartment in a recently built building with high quality standards, located in the main tourist area of Funchal, close to the sea and with various local amenities.
The apartment is 156 m² and comprises three bedrooms, each with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a living room with a sofa and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, private parking and a terrace with a private pool, solarium and outdoor dining table.
It is part of a residential building with several shared amenities, including a spacious garden, an infinity pool overlooking the sea and a gym.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international channels and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is located in the main tourist area of Funchal, next to Praia Formosa.
A few minutes' walk there are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy.
It is 600 m from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre, 750 m from Praia Formosa and 1.7 km from Complexo Balnear do Lido, across the Lido Promenade.
The property has easy pedestrian access to services and areas of attraction and bus stops next to the building.
The Aerobus from the airport stops 100 m from the entrance to the building.
By car there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the highway to discover the island.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE
The private pool can be heated on request for a surcharge. Pool heating must be requested at least 5 days in advance and will be confirmed with the payment notice. On cold days, the pool heating may not be enough to reach 28 °C. To raise the temperature, it is essential to keep the pool covered at night and when not in use. The large shared pool is not heated.
Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.
For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.
An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.
In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

Emma's Place is a large apartment in the Lido area, a few minutes from the sea, for families or groups — it has a sea-view balcony, ideal for the sunset, next to Forum Madeira and the Promenade.
The apartment is on the 5th floor of a residential building with private parking.
The apartment is 165 m² and comprises three bedrooms, each with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a living room with a sofa and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, and a balcony overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy the sunset.
The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international channels, and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The apartment is at the main touristic district of Funchal. Within 5-minutes' walk there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and attraction centres.
It is 100 m from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre, 800 m from Ponta Gorda swimming facility, 1 km from Doca do Cavacas ocean swimming pools, 1.2 km from the beach Praia Formosa and 1.2 km from the Lido Bathing Complex.
The apartment has easy pedestrian access to seaside Lido Promenade, bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads. Aerobus from airport has a bus stop 300 m from the building entrance.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE
The apartment is in a high-density residential area with shops and services, where there may be traffic noise, mainly during the day and if the windows are open. There is construction work nearby, with possible noise during the day on weekdays.
