Beco Santa Emília 1C is a fully renovated city apartment, ideal for two to four people. The apartment is 71 m2 and consists of two bedrooms with queen-sized beds (1,60 m), a living room with a dining table and kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace at the rear. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (one floor above ground floor) and is accessible by elevator and stairs. The apartment is equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, among other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay. LOCATION The apartment is located in a quiet street close to the city centre, 300 m from the Town Hall and 750 m from Mercado dos Lavradores. The Old Town, Funchal Marina and seafront are less than 15 minutes away on foot. Nearby there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, wine cellars, shops, museums, pharmacies and clinics. Although a car is not necessary, there are two public car parks 140 m from the building. Free parking possible at night and weekends in nearby streets. The Aerobus stop is at 850 m. There are bus stops 150 m away and by car there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the highway to discover the island. REMARKS Cleaning is done before check-in and there is weekly cleaning, which includes a change of bed linen and towels. Due to the island's climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up leftover food and keep food well packaged. People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when travelling around the island. There are security cameras in the common areas of the building outside of the apartment. CONDITIONS 1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited. 2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival. 3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability. 4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements. 5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.

Monumental Tower is an apartment in the main tourist area of Funchal, close to the sea and is ideal for families and groups of two to four people. The complex has a shared outdoor parking area, a swimming pool and a tennis court. The apartment measures 82 m2 and comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa and two single beds, recommended for children and teenagers. It also has a kitchenette, a bathroom and two balconies with city and mountain views. The apartment is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (1 Gbps), TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay. LOCATION The apartment is located in the main tourist area of Funchal, next to Praia Formosa. A few minutes’ walk there are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy. It is 700 meters from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre, 650 meters from Praia Formosa and 1800 meters from Complexo Balnear do Lido, across the Lido Promenade. The property has easy pedestrian access to services and areas of attraction and bus stops next to the building. The Aerobus from the airport stops 70 meters from the entrance to the building. By car there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the fast track to discover the island. REMARKS We are available to aid and suggest places and activities to discover the island off the usual tourist circuits. Free on-site parking is subject to availability. If there is no parking available at the property, it is possible to park in the nearby streets. The apartment is in a high-density residential area with shops and services where there is potential traffic noise. There are construction works nearby, with potential noise during the day on weekdays. We ask that all guests keep food well-packed, so as to limit attracting insects given the island climate. Cleaning is done before guests check in and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning may be requested. The accommodation is officially registered, meets the requirements to ensure safety and comfort, and has a complaints book controlled by local authorities. CONDITIONS 1. The number of guests must be informed in the reservation and can be changed up to the limit of the capacity of the accommodation with an additional price. From 2 guests, the price increases by up to 10% per guest.
