Funchal Atrium is a modern apartment with superb views over the city and the sea.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building next to the Barreiros Stadium.
The apartment has an area of approximately 100 m2 and comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a dining table, a complete kitchen, two bathrooms, a spacious balcony with views to the mountain, city and sea, and private parking in the basement of the building.
The apartment is equipped with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in Funchal's amphitheater next to the Barreiros Stadium.
Next to the entrance of the building there is a café, a small supermarket, a pharmacy and 240 meters away there is a restaurant.
It is 1.1 km from the Continente supermarket, 1.8 km from the Lido Bathing Complex, 2.4 km from the Funchal Marina and 3 km from the Mercado dos Lavradores.
There are bus stops next to the building and there is easy access by car to Funchal's main roads and the highway to discover the island.
REMARKS
We are available to aid and suggest places and activities to discover the island off the usual tourist circuits.
The apartment is located in a high-density residential area with shops and services where there is potential traffic noise, especially during the day and if the windows are open.
We ask that all guests keep food well-packed, so as to limit attracting insects given the island climate.
Cleaning is done before guests check in and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning may be requested.
The accommodation is officially registered, meets the requirements to ensure safety and comfort, and has a complaints book controlled by local authorities.

1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. The number of guests must be informed in the reservation and can be changed up to the limit of the capacity of the accommodation with an additional price. From 2 guests, the price increases by up to 10% per guest.
