Description
Beco Santa Emília 1C is a fully renovated city apartment, ideal for two to four people.
The apartment is 71 m2 and consists of two bedrooms with queen-sized beds (1,60 m), a living room with a dining table and kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace at the rear. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (one floor above ground floor) and is accessible by elevator and stairs.
The apartment is equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, among other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in a quiet street close to the city centre, 300 m from the Town Hall and 750 m from Mercado dos Lavradores. The Old Town, Funchal Marina and seafront are less than 15 minutes away on foot.
Nearby there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, wine cellars, shops, museums, pharmacies and clinics.
Although a car is not necessary, there are two public car parks 140 m from the building (around €1/h and €5/day). Free parking possible at night and weekends in nearby streets.
The Aerobus stop is at 850 m. There are bus stops 150 m away and by car there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the highway to discover the island.
REMARKS
There are security cameras in the common areas of the building outside of the apartment.
We ask that all guests keep food well-packed, so as to limit attracting insects given the island climate.
Cleaning is done before guests check in and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning may be requested.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. The number of guests must be informed in the reservation and can be changed up to the limit of the capacity of the accommodation with an additional price.
