The apartment is 82 m² and comprises a bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a living room with a sofa and two single beds (90 × 200 cm) recommended for children and teenagers. It also has a kitchenette, a bathroom and two balconies with city and mountain views.

📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is located in the main tourist area of Funchal, next to Praia Formosa.
A few minutes' walk there are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy.
It is 700 m from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre, 650 m from Praia Formosa and 1.8 km from Complexo Balnear do Lido, across the Lido Promenade.
The property has easy pedestrian access to services and areas of attraction and bus stops next to the building.
The Aerobus from the airport stops 70 m from the entrance to the building.
By car there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the fast track to discover the island.

The apartment is in a high-density residential area with shops and services, where there may be noise from traffic, services and neighbours. There is construction work nearby, with possible noise during the day on weekdays.
Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

The apartment is 68 m² and comprises two bedrooms, one with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) and the other with a double bed (140 × 200 cm), a living room with a dining table and a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony with city views. The apartment is on the 4th floor and is accessible by lift and stairs.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator and freezer, a washing machine, a ceramic hob, an oven with microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), a TV with international channels and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is located in a quiet street close to the city centre, 300 m from the Town Hall and 750 m from Mercado dos Lavradores. The Old Town, Funchal Marina and seafront are less than 15 minutes away on foot.
Nearby there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, wine cellars, shops, museums, pharmacies and clinics.
Although a car is not necessary, there are two public car parks 140 m from the building. Free parking possible at night and weekends in nearby streets.
The Aerobus stop is at 850 m. There are bus stops 150 m away and by car there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the highway to discover the island.

There are security cameras in the building's common areas, outside the apartment.
Although it is a quiet street, this is a city apartment and there may be traffic noise at peak times and noise from neighbours on the street. Temporary noise from repairs in neighbouring apartments may also occur.
