The apartment is equipped with a fridge and freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international and children's channels, among other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in the main tourist area of Funchal, next to Lido.
Within a few minutes' walk there are several restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy.
It is 250 meters from the Monumental Experience Shopping Centre, 600 meters from the Lido Bathing Complex and the Lido Promenade.
The property has easy pedestrian access to services, areas of attraction and bus stops. The Aerobus from the airport has a stop 250 meters from the entrance to the building.
By car, there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the highway to discover the island.

We are available to aid and suggest places and activities to discover the island off the usual tourist circuits.
The building is in a residential complex, but there is potential traffic noise, particularly during the day and if the windows are open.
We ask that all guests keep food well-packed, so as to limit attracting insects given the island climate.
Cleaning is done before guests check in and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning may be requested.
The accommodation is officially registered, meets the requirements to ensure safety and comfort, and has complaints book controlled by local authorities.

5. The number of guests must be informed in the reservation and can be changed up to the limit of the capacity of the accommodation with an additional price. From 2 guests, the price increases by up to 10% per guest.
