Tamariz Sea View is an apartment for two in the tourist area of Caniço, with a balcony facing the sea and its own parking — a few steps from restaurants and the Lido Galomar pools, and close to Praia dos Reis Magos.

The property is in a residential building in the main touristic area of Caniço.
Within about 100 m there are restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, supermarket and other services. It is 300 m from Lido Galomar swimming facility and 800 m from the beach Praia dos Reis Magos and Madeira Diving Centre. For golf lovers, Palheiro Golf is 8 km away and Santo da Serra Golf Club is 14 km away.
The property has easy pedestrian access to surrounding area and is easy to drive from and to the major roads.
A bus stop is 100 m from the building entrance.

The apartment is in a high-density residential area with shops and services, where there may be traffic noise, mainly during the day and if the windows are open.
Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.
The accommodation does not have air conditioning.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.
For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.
