Verde Água Garajau is an apartment for families or groups of up to four in Garajau, with a balcony with sea views — a short distance from the Cristo Rei statue and the cable car down to the beach, in a marine nature reserve.
The apartment is 87 m² and comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed (150 × 200 cm) and the other with two single beds (80 × 200 cm). It has a living room with a dining table, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a balcony with sea views, a communal swimming pool and private parking.
It is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other kitchenware, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), a TV with international channels and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The property is situated in a residential area in Garajau, approximately 1.3 km from the iconic Cristo Rei statue in Garajau and the cable car to Garajau Beach. Garajau Beach is a rocky beach located within a marine nature reserve, where there is a diving centre and a restaurant.
Within a radius of around 1.3 km there are restaurants, cafés, bakeries, shops, a supermarket and other amenities. For golf enthusiasts, Palheiro Golf is 6 km away and the Santo da Serra Golf Club is 16 km away.
The property offers easy access to the main roads and the motorway. There is also a bus stop 850 m away.

The accommodation does not have a washing machine for guests, but there is a laundry about 1.3 km away and others in Caniço and Funchal.
The accommodation does not have air conditioning.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.
