The property is very spacious with various indoor and outdoor spaces and nooks for relaxing and socialising with family or friends.
The total indoor area is around 500 m2 and the outdoor areas account for more than 700 m2.
The villa has three bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a main living room, a dining room, a library, a bar room and a gym with a Finnish sauna.
Outside, you can enjoy a spacious swimming pool, a tropical garden and an outdoor dining area. You can also enjoy the wide view over the city and the ocean and contemplate the sunset.
It is equipped with air conditioning, a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, smart TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay.

LOCATION
The villa is in a quiet urbanization and is conveniently located in one of the areas of the Funchal amphitheatre with the best views, about 10 minutes by car to Funchal city centre and 15 minutes to the airport.
By car, there is easy access to the main roads and you can travel to any part of the island. There are also bus stops nearby for trips to the city centre.

REMARKS
We are available to help and suggest places and activities to discover the island outside the usual tourist circuits.
A car is recommended for this location and there is a parking area on the property.
The pool can be heated on request for an extra charge (minimum 5 days). The request for pool heating must be made at least 5 days in advance and will be confirmed with the payment notice. On cold days, the pool heating may not be sufficient to reach 24ºC.
We ask all guests to keep food well wrapped, so as not to attract insects due to the island's climate.
Cleaning is done before guests check in and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes changing bed linen and towels. If you wish, you can request an additional cleaning service.
The accommodation is officially registered, complies with the requirements to guarantee safety and comfort, and has complaints book controlled by the local authorities.

CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. The number of guests must be informed in the reservation and can be changed up to the limit of the capacity of the accommodation with an additional price. From 2 guests, the price increases by up to 10% per guest.
