Casa Saudade is a detached house situated in a quiet residential area, close to Porto Santo beach.
The property has an internal area of approximately 120 m² and comprises three bedrooms: one bedroom with a queen-size double bed (1.6 x 2.0 m), one bedroom with a double bed (1.5 x 2.0 m) and one bedroom with a single bed (1.2 x 2.0 m). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a further shared bathroom for the other bedrooms.
The house also features a living room with a dining table and a kitchen.
Outside, there is a seating area where you can enjoy the sunset, a garden area and a barbecue.
There is also an outdoor parking area.
The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other kitchen utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and a television with international channels, amongst other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

REMARKS
The house contains antique furniture and decorative items, which require careful handling. Please note that the characteristic smell of antique furniture should not be mistaken for mould.
Smoking and lighting candles inside the house are not permitted due to the risk of fire. Pets are also not allowed.
The house has a designated area for the owners, which is clearly marked.
Due to the island’s climate, insects may appear unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clear away food scraps and keep food well sealed.
Cleaning is carried out before guests arrive, and there is a weekly maintenance clean, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
An increase in the number of guests entails a price increase of up to 10% per person.

LOCATION
Porto Santo is the smallest inhabited island in the Madeira Archipelago. It is connected to Madeira Island by ferry (a 2h30 journey) and has flights to Madeira and some European airports.
Porto Santo is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and boasts an extensive sandy beach stretching for around 9 km, which has been voted the best beach in Europe.
The peak tourist season is during the summer months. During the rest of the year, the island is recommended for those seeking a peaceful and safe destination, with a beach that can be enjoyed whenever the weather permits, all year round.
The property is 3 km from the airport, 5 km from the port, 2 km from the centre of Porto Santo town and 1.1 km from Porto Santo’s sandy beach.
There are two restaurants around 200 metres away and a supermarket 850 metres away.
The property offers easy access to the town centre and the main roads for exploring the island.

CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Any malfunctions, incidents or faults in the initial cleaning must be reported as soon as they are detected so that they can be checked and addressed in a timely manner during the stay. Issues reported late for the sole purpose of obtaining a refund will not be considered.
6. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
