The house also has a living room with a dining table and a kitchen.
Outside, there is a seating area, an outdoor dining table and a barbecue.
There is also a parking area on the property.
The accommodation is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other kitchen utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and television with international channels, among other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

Due to the island's climate, insects may unexpectedly occur. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food scraps and keep food well wrapped.
Cleaning is carried out before guests arrive and there is weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
The accommodation does not have a washing machine for guests, but there are self-service laundries or full-service laundries nearby.

Porto Santo island is a Unesco Biosphere Reserve and has an extensive sandy beach of approximately 9 km, which has been elected as the best beach in Europe.
The high tourist season is in the summer months. In the remaining months, the island is recommended for those seeking a quiet and safe destination, with a beach that can be used whenever weather conditions are favourable, throughout the year.
The property is 2.3 km from the airport, 6 km from the port, 3.5 km from Porto Santo City centre and 4 km from Porto Santo's sandy beach on the South coast. Its main points of interest nearby are Fonte da Areia and Porto das Salemas, less than 2 km away.
Within less than 300 metres, there are two restaurants. The island's main supermarket is 4 km away.
The property has easy access to the city centre and the main roads to explore the island.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties and behaviours that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not permitted, particularly between 22:00 and 08:00 when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. For in-person check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time slot may be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be asked to present an identification document upon arrival and to provide missing identification data to comply with legal requirements.
5. Any damage, incidents or cleaning failures must be reported as soon as they are detected so they can be verified and addressed promptly during the stay. Problems reported late merely for the purpose of obtaining a refund will not be considered.
6. Guests must inform about allergies, constraints or special needs before or shortly after booking so that compliance can be verified and appropriate measures taken.
