Casa da Mercês Ⅰ is a self-contained accommodation in São Vicente, on the island's north coast, with room for two to four guests and access to a shared rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, a sun deck and a barbecue area, facing the sea.
The accommodation is approximately 120 m² and comprises two bedrooms, one with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 × 200 cm), a living room, a kitchen and dining area, and two bathrooms.
Outside, there is a balcony spanning both bedrooms and a patio at the accommodation's entrance with a small table, for exclusive use. On the building's rooftop there is a panoramic terrace, with stunning views over the sea and the island's north coastline, which includes a barbecue with a dining table in a covered area, a sun deck with sun loungers and an outdoor jacuzzi, from where you can enjoy the sunset in summer. The accommodation also has a parking area for guests.
The accommodation is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The accommodation is located in Ponta Delgada, in the municipality of São Vicente, on the north coast of Madeira, an area known for its lush landscape, deep valleys and imposing rock formations.
Nearby you can visit the seafront of São Vicente village, with several restaurants and cafés.
The location is an excellent starting point for exploring the north coast and the mountainous interior of the island, including Encumeada and Paul da Serra.
In the surrounding area you can enjoy outdoor activities, such as nature walks.
The property has access to the main roads, with Madeira Airport about 40 km away (approximately 48 minutes' drive).

The rooftop panoramic terrace, with barbecue, sun deck and jacuzzi, is shared between the two accommodations.
To ensure the maintenance of the jacuzzi, authorised staff may access the property periodically.
Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.
The accommodation does not have air conditioning.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.
