Verde Água Garajau is an apartment located in Caniço and is ideal for families and groups of up to four people.
The apartment has 87 m2 and comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50 x 1.95 m) and the other bedroom with two single beds (0.80 x 1.95 m). It has a living room with dining table, kitchen, two bathrooms, balcony with sea view, shared swimming pool and private parking.
It is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

REMARKS
The accommodation does not have a washing machine for guests, but there is a 5àsec laundry 1.3 km away and others in the town of Caniço and Funchal.
Due to the island's climate, insects may unexpectedly occur. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food scraps and keep food well wrapped.
The use of repellent is recommended for people sensitive to mosquito bites when travelling around the island.
Cleaning is carried out before guests arrive and then weekly maintenance cleaning is done, which includes changing bed linen and towels.

LOCATION
The property is located in a residential area in Garajau, approximately 1.3 km from the iconic Cristo Rei do Garajau and the cable car to Garajau Beach. Garajau Beach is a rocky beach, situated in a marine nature reserve, where there is a diving centre and a restaurant.
Within a radius of approximately 1.3 km (approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot) there are restaurants, cafés, bakeries, shops, supermarket and other services. For golf enthusiasts, Palheiro Golf is 6 km away and Santo da Serra Golf Club is 16 km away.
The property has easy access to the main road networks and the motorway. There is also a bus stop 850 m away.

CONDITIONS
1. Parties and behaviours that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not permitted, particularly between 22:00 and 08:00 when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. For in-person check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time slot may be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be asked to present an identification document upon arrival and to provide missing identification data to comply with legal requirements.
5. Any damage, incidents or cleaning failures must be reported as soon as they are detected so they can be verified and addressed promptly during the stay. Problems reported late merely for the purpose of obtaining a refund will not be considered.
6. Guests must inform about allergies, constraints or special needs before or shortly after booking so that compliance can be verified and appropriate measures taken.
