The upper floor comprises two bedrooms with private bathrooms: one bedroom with a queen-size double bed (1.6 x 2.0 m) and one bedroom with two single beds (0.9 x 2.0 m).
On the ground floor, the accommodation has a living room with a dining table, a kitchen and a social bathroom.
Outside, there is a seating area with an outdoor dining table and a barbecue.
There is a shared parking area outside, next to the apartment entrance.
The accommodation is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other kitchen utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and television with international channels, amongst other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

Due to the island's climate, insects may unexpectedly occur. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food scraps and keep food well wrapped.

The property has easy access to the city centre and to the main roads for discovering the island.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties and behaviours that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not permitted, particularly between 22:00 and 08:00 when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. For in-person check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time slot may be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be asked to present an identification document upon arrival and to provide missing identification data to comply with legal requirements.
5. Any damage, incidents or cleaning failures must be reported as soon as they are detected so they can be verified and addressed promptly during the stay. Problems reported late merely for the purpose of obtaining a refund will not be considered.
6. Guests must inform about allergies, constraints or special needs before or shortly after booking so that compliance can be verified and appropriate measures taken.
