Blue Sea is an apartment located in a quiet urbanisation, in close proximity to Porto Santo beach.
The accommodation has an interior area of approximately 120 m2, distributed over three floors.
The middle floor comprises two bedrooms with private bathrooms: one bedroom with a queen-size double bed (1.6 x 2.0 m) and one bedroom with two single beds (0.9 x 2.0 m).
There are also two extra fold-out beds, when needed, for groups of up to 6 people.
On the ground floor, the accommodation has a living room with a dining table, a kitchen and a social bathroom.
Outside, there is a seating area with an outdoor dining table and a barbecue.
There is a shared parking area outside, next to the apartment entrance.
The accommodation is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other kitchen utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and television with international channels, amongst other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

REMARKS
The apartment has a designated area for owners, which is clearly marked.
Due to the island’s climate, insects may occasionally appear. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clear away any food scraps and keep food well sealed.
The property is cleaned before guests arrive, and there is a weekly cleaning service, which includes the change of bed linen and towels.
The accommodation does not have a washing machine for guests’ use, but there are self-service laundrettes or full-service laundries nearby.
An increase in the number of guests will result in a price increase of up to 15% per person.

LOCATION
Porto Santo island is the smallest inhabited island in the Madeira Archipelago. It is connected to Madeira Island by ferry (2h30 travel time) and has air connections to Madeira and some European airports.
Porto Santo island is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and has an extensive sandy beach of approximately 9 km, which has been elected as the best beach in Europe.
The high tourist season is in the summer months. In the remaining months, the island is recommended for those seeking a quiet and safe destination, with a beach that can be used whenever weather conditions are favourable, throughout the year.
The property is 2 km from the airport, 3.4 km from the port, 850 metres from Porto Santo City centre and 650 metres from Porto Santo's sandy beach.
There are restaurants, cafés and various shops within a 1000 metre radius.
The property has easy access to the city centre and to the main roads for discovering the island.

CONDITIONS
1. Parties and behaviours that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not permitted, particularly between 22:00 and 08:00 when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. For in-person check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time slot may be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be asked to present an identification document upon arrival and to provide missing identification data to comply with legal requirements.
5. Any damage, incidents or cleaning failures must be reported as soon as they are detected so they can be verified and addressed promptly during the stay. Problems reported late merely for the purpose of obtaining a refund will not be considered.
6. Guests must inform about allergies, constraints or special needs before or shortly after booking so that compliance can be verified and appropriate measures taken.
