Entry is on the 3rd floor and, on the middle floor, there are two bedrooms, both with a private bathroom: one with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) and another with two single beds (90 × 200 cm) — there are also two fold-out beds for groups of up to six people. On the ground floor, the property has a living room with a dining table, a kitchen and a guest toilet.
Outside, there is a seating area with an outdoor dining table and a barbecue.
There is a shared parking area outside, next to the apartment entrance.
The accommodation is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other kitchen utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and a television with international channels, amongst other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The property is 2 km from the airport, 3.4 km from the port, 850 m from the centre of Porto Santo town and 650 m from Porto Santo's sandy beach.
