Villa Sol Apartment is a self-contained accommodation on the upper floor of a house in a rural setting near the village of Ponta do Sol, for two — it has a spacious terrace and a balcony with unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding farmland.
The apartment is 40 m² and consists of a bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) and balcony, a bathroom with shower, and a small living room with a dining table and kitchen. Outside, the terrace has a table and two chairs, ideal for outdoor meals and enjoying the view.
It is equipped with a mini fridge (no freezer), washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, ironing equipment, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The apartment is in a rural area about 2.5 km from the village of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach and several restaurants and cafés.
There is a small grocery shop about 700 m away and a restaurant about 850 m away; the nearest supermarket is about 2 km away.
Ponta do Sol is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.
A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.
The property has access to the main roads, but some roads are steep and narrow.

The property has no parking, but it is possible to park for free on the roadside. Access from the road to the accommodation is via a path of about 25 m and stairs to the upper floor.
There is a CCTV camera outside, next to the entrance, which does not cover the private areas of the house.
