The property is located in Lugar de Baixo, which has the best climate on Madeira Island.
It's located in a rural area about 100 meters from the sea. There are restaurants and cafes, as well as the Banana Museum and a pebble beach about 400 meters away, or about a 7-minute walk.
About 1 km away is the centre of the village of Ponta do Sol, where there are restaurants, cafes, and a beach.
The Levada do Moinho and Levada Nova, recommended trails with fabulous scenery, are about 4 km away.
A few kilometres away, there are impressive cliffs, mountains, and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
Nearby, guests can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing, and other water sports.

REMARKS
A car is recommended for this location and there is free parking at the property.
Due to the climate, there are also insects and lizards in the rural surroundings, which may be attracted to food scraps. For those who are uncomfortable with the presence of insects and lizards, we do not recommend staying in a rural area.
Cleaning is done before guests check in and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
