Casa da Tia Celeste I is an air-conditioned accommodation for two in a renovated traditional house in Lugar de Baixo, near the village of Ponta do Sol — on the upper floor, with a large terrace for meals outdoors and access to a shared pool and sun deck, a few steps from the sea.
The house has been completely renovated recently and divided into three lodgings, which share the swimming pool and solarium.
This accommodation is approximately 33 m² and consists of a bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a living room with kitchen and dining table, a bathroom with shower, as well as a large terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor dining table. The accommodation also has a private parking space at the entrance to the property.
There is a washing machine and dryer in a shared space for the three accommodations.
It is equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a ceramic hob, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (1 Gbps), a TV with international channels, and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The property is located in Lugar de Baixo, which has the best climate on Madeira Island.
It's located in a rural area about 100 m from the sea. There are restaurants and cafes, as well as the Banana Museum and a pebble beach about 400 m away, or about a 7-minute walk.
About 1 km away is the centre of the village of Ponta do Sol, where there are restaurants, cafes, and a beach.
The Levada do Moinho and Levada Nova, recommended trails with fabulous scenery, are about 4 km away.
A few kilometres away, there are impressive cliffs, mountains, and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
Nearby, guests can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing, and other water sports.
The property has access to major roads.

The swimming pool is shared by the three apartments.
To ensure pool maintenance, some authorised staff may access the property periodically.

Maresia III is a small apartment in a ground-floor annex of a property with three units in Madalena do Mar, for two people — about 50 m from the sea and the pebble beach, in a quiet area.
The apartment is 30 m² and consists of a bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a bathroom with shower, a living room and a kitchen with dining table. Outside, it has a small private patio in a quiet nook and access to a shared yard with flowers and ornamental banana trees.
It is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer and other utensils, as well as a washing machine, ironing equipment, drying rack, bed linen, towels, heaters, ceiling fans, 100 Mbps Wi-Fi, TV and other amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The apartment is located in a small residential cluster in Madalena do Mar, about 50 m from the sea and the pebble beach.
There is a restaurant and café about 40 m away and more restaurants within 500 m; the nearest supermarkets are about 3.8 km away in Ponta do Sol and about 4.9 km away in Calheta.
Madalena do Mar has walking trails through the banana plantations, such as the Banana Route, and the beach is a paragliding landing spot.
Ponta do Sol is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.
A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.
