Nidia's Place is an air-conditioned, very spacious apartment on the upper floor of a small building in Machico, for families or groups of up to six — it has a large terrace with a barbecue, a few minutes from the sea and the beach.
The apartment is 221 m² and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen. The living room has a sofa-bed that can be used as an extra bed. There is also a large terrace with barbecue and an outdoor parking area.
It is equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international and children's channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is in Machico city just 600 m from the sea and from the sand beach.
Within walking distance there are shops, supermarkets, the main bus station and some attractions.
The airport is at 5 km and a few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and forest trails for nature lovers and hikers.
Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, beach, surfing, fishing and other activities.
The apartment has easy pedestrian access to the city centre, bus stops and has easy access to the main roads to discover the island.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE
Although the area is not very busy, there may be noise from traffic and people on the street, which is reduced by closing the windows.
Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.
If you have special needs or allergies, please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether we are able to accommodate them.
Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.
For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.
An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.
In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.
So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
