Encarnação Funchal is an air-conditioned apartment for two to four guests, in an area with little traffic a short walk from the historic centre — good for both a family holiday and a few days of remote work and relaxation.
The apartment has an area of 92 m², is located on the 6th floor of a residential building and has a small balcony and private parking.
It comprises two bedrooms, including a bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) and a bedroom with two single beds (90 × 200 cm). It also has a living room with dining table and work desk, kitchen, laundry room and bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, induction hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, air conditioning in the living room and in one bedroom, electric heaters, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi (1 Gbps), smart TV (4K, 50 inches) with international channels and Netflix, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is in a residential area, with little traffic at night, near the main centres of attraction, where you can move on foot and explore the city.
It is 5 minutes' walk from Town Hall Square and 10 to 15 minutes from the Old City Zone (historic centre) and Funchal Marina, where there are several restaurants, cafes and bars. On the ground floor of the building there is a small cafe with bakery and pastry shop where you can buy warm bread. Nearby there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, greengrocers, wine cellars, shops, museums, pharmacies and clinics.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE
The parking space is suitable for smaller cars (up to 4 m in length). For longer vehicles, it may be difficult to manoeuvre when parking.
There is city traffic noise, mainly during the day, but the windows have good acoustic insulation and traffic is reduced at night.
Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.
If you have special needs or allergies, please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether we are able to accommodate them.
Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.
For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.
An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.
In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

Pérola is a spacious apartment for families or groups of up to four, in a residential area near the centre of Funchal — it has a sea-view balcony, private parking and local shops nearby.
The apartment is 100 m² and comprises two bedrooms, one with a king-size double bed (180 × 200 cm) and the other with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a living room with dining table, kitchen, two bathrooms, balcony with sea view and private parking.
The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international channels, and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is in a residential area near the city centre. Within walking distance there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and attraction centres. It is about 1 km from La Vie Shopping Centre and 1.6 km from Marina of Funchal.
The apartment has easy pedestrian access to city centre, bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads.
